Since joining the Firenze team in 2019, Elsa has made her mark in the financial industry with her commitment to helping clients and her teammates achieve their goals with ease. As the Director of Operations, she works to optimize the company’s essential functions and oversees all Firenze events. Her gatherings are marked by thoughtfulness, comfort, and a genuine desire to bring people together in meaningful ways.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Elsa is known for her personal qualities that revolve around empowerment and justice. She firmly believes in supporting others to become the best versions of themselves.
Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Elsa now lives with her husband in Southeast Portland. In her free time she enjoys hosting her friends and family, cuddling with her German Shepherd and Great Pyrenees, and cooking Italian food with way too much butter.
